As you can imagine, we are working long hours to have everything ready. Enquiries are coming in to us at an exceptional rate, of course they are, who isn't ready for a holiday?

Please bear with us, we are working through these and will reply just as soon as we can. We are spending most of our time out and unable to answer the house phone, voice messages will be checked and actioned periodically. Please help us by making contact in the following ways so we can respond to you more efficiently: -

Current Static Caravan and Seasonal Caravan Owners – Text Mark (07966 639820) or Mel (07817 016318). Please remember to leave your name.

New Static Caravan and Season Caravan Pitch Enquiries – email with your enquiry.

Note: We no longer have availability for pitches with electric hook up on Friday 10th and Saturday 11th July. There is limited availability for pitches with electric hook up during the remaining weekends in July, early August and the August Bank Holiday Weekend.

You are still welcome to call on any of our numbers, but following contact methods above will help us to provide you with the best service.

Many thanks, Mark and Melanie

Additional Park Rules from 4th July 2020

In accordance with government guidelines, we have made a few changes around the park to reduce the risk to customers and ourselves.

We are required to keep a record of who in on site to assist with NHS Track and Trace. Please TEXT Mel (07817 016318) when you arrive and when you go home. Please include your name and the names of those with you in your TEXT. If someone travelling with you is not a member of your household, please also include their home address.

When entering or leaving the caravan park by car or on foot, please only use the main entrance by the cottage. Do not walk or drive through the touring or camping fields.

Please read and adhere to notices around the park.

Do not use the toilet block and washing up room. Please only use the facilities in your own caravan.

When using the commercial bins and shared outside taps, these use the sanitiser provided before and after use.

The laundry room will be closed until further notice. Leyburn Laundrette is open if required.

Recycling facilities have been removed until further notice. Please flatten boxes, empty and crush plastic bottles and tin cans before putting in the commercial bins. Alternatively, take to a recycling centre. Please take large boxes home.

Children must be with an adult at all times while on site. Dogs must be on a lead at all times while on site and exercised off site.

Gas Sales – Please phone ahead to order and pay for your gas. Your bottle will be taken out of the compound ready for you to collect along with the trolley and exchange for your empty one. Please use sanitiser before and after use. If you are unable to fit your own bottle, Mark is happy to do this for you, please unlock your bottles and he will do the rest.

If you require work doing on your caravan, you will need to arrange for someone other than Mark to carry out the work until further notice. Mark is happy to give advice and suggestions, but will not be able to enter your caravan. Please arrange to be here to let the engineer into your caravan. Text Mel (07817 016318) with the engineers name(s), company name, address and contact number, and when they will be on site.

Adhere to current social distancing measures as set out on Gov.uk. This includes local and regional as well as national requirements, guidelines and legislation.

If you or a member of your household, or anyone you have been in close contact with, have symptoms of Covid-19, or if you have been contacted by NHS Track and Trace and asked to isolate, do NOT come to your caravan. Stay at home and follow instructions on the GOV.uk website. Please inform us as soon as possible.

If you or someone staying with you while at your caravan starts to display symptoms of Covid-19, go home at once and follow the instructions on the GOV.uk website. Please inform us as soon as possible.

Visitors to your caravan must be given a copy of these rules and adhere to them. Visitors' cars should be parked off site.

We are so looking forward to getting the 2020 season back up and running and seeing you here again very soon.

Very best wishes,

David, Linda, Mark and Melanie Cooper

Additional Park Rules from 4th July 2020

In accordance with government guidelines, we have made a few changes around the park. We have tried to reach a balance between reducing the risk to customers and ourselves, and providing a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay.

Your co-operation is essential in meeting this balance. Please make sure everyone staying with you has read and understood what is required of them.
Anyone not complying with these rules may be asked to leave.

We are required to keep a record of who in on site to assist with NHS Track and Trace. For this you will be asked to provide us with your home address and contact number. We keep this information for 21 days after your departure. These details will not be used for any other purpose.

If you or someone staying with you starts to display symptoms of Covid-19 during your holiday with us, you must inform us immediately. Leave as quickly as possible and follow the instructions on the GOV.uk website.

Please read and adhere to notices around the park.

When using the toilet block, washing-up room, commercial bins and shared outside taps, please read and adhere to the notices and use the sanitiser provided before and after use.

The laundry and information room will be closed until further notice. Leyburn Laundrette is open if required. Contact local attractions directly for current information, you will find some ideas of things to do on the Plan Your Stay page of our website (link below). Other ideas will be posted on our Facebook page from time to time.

Recycling facilities have been removed until further notice. Please flatten boxes, empty and crush plastic bottles and tin cans before putting in the commercial bins. Alternatively, take to a recycling centre. Do not put large boxes in the bins. Alternatively, please fold and prop against the side of the bin or take them home at the end of your stay. If any of your equipment breaks during your stay, do not put it in the bin. Ideally, we would like you to take this home with you. If that is not an option, please leave neatly and safely near the bins by the washing up room.

When not using the facilities, please stay within your pitch while on site. Children must be with an adult at all times while on site.

Gas Sales – Please phone ahead to order and pay for your gas. Your bottle will be taken out of the compound ready for you to collect and exchange for your empty one. Please use sanitiser before and after use.

Dogs should be on a lead at all time while on site, and only exercised off site. Please leave and enter the caravan park by your nearest gateway.

Visitors are not permitted on site.

We would appreciate being made aware if you notice anyone not adhering to these rules. You can contact us on the following numbers:
Mark: 07966 639820
Mel: 07817 016318
Please keep these numbers handy in case you need to contact us urgently during your stay, of this or any other reason.
